Thanks for the advice on counting back from 100....I tried it and it does work! I think I got to sleep around midnight last night - so I ended up getting a full 6 hours which was wonderful! I was speaking to the other lady on the phone who is seeing the naturalist up north and she reafirmed what you had said...she is doing the counting thing also. Her condition seems to have settled a bit....no more itching as such but still has the bad active leisons. I passed on your recommendation of oil pulling....she was not familiar with it so I explained the processes and she said she would add it to her protocol and said to pass on her thanks to you.

I bought some more skin products and was lightly massaging my face when all these little lumps started rising up out of my skin. I kept massaging and I started to notice small white dots type things...I got a needle and slipped it through the 'white' and it was something that resembled 'cobwebs'!!!! I tried to lift them out with the needle but they pulled firm and finally snapped and the whole 'thing' retreated back into my pore and sealed over shut and you would never have known that seconds before there were lots of 'white' bumps. I massaged again and the 'stubble-like white bumps' appeared again...Each one was a type of 'cobweb' fiber sprout.ehhhhhhhhhhh..........!!!!! this stuff is weird....I am just so thankful that the 'stinging-biting-crawling etc etc.....has stopped...this is bizaar but I think I can live with it if this is as bad as it gets...it is just so annoying!

I hope you are having a better time of it Anna...has the 'crawling' sensation stopped for you yet? That was the most disconcerting part of it for me...just no break from it! I'm still getting into the salted pumpkin seeds by the handful daily(meanwhile I gave in and am now munching on peppermint chocolate!!!).

Hope all is well on the family front. You can only do what you can do....Oh yeh...I tried your trick and bought some ichtymoll (?) and put it on my face - that stuff really stinks! Didn't seem to draw anything out much though...it is more the 'light massaging' that tends to 'coax' these things to the surface....I am SO over this whole thing!!!

Anyhow - I still rate myself as 99% cured compared to the horror I was in a few months ago and can only wish everyone else felt as well as I do who is still suffering with this 'THING'!

I'm going to crawl into bed now and start counting....100, 99, 88....zzzzzzzzzzzzz
