Hi Bunty,

Sorry to here about the cobwebs, I still see them in the ozone water when I soak my face in it. I don't have the crawling feeling anymore, not for a long time. My mouth seems to be detoxing now. I have sores all in the inside of my mouth, one leasion is on the inside and the outside, infection all the way through. Been useing ozonated olive oil for pulls and then H202(the food grade it works better), and then I brush my teeth with Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap. I may be on to something with this peppermint soap, I do alot of scrubbing with it. Also have been taking lots of ascorbic acid, I've been useing the crystal form you can get a bigger dose this way.

Glad the counting backwards worked, sometimes the mind just won't stop and needs something else to concentrate on besides endless thoughts. If that makes any sense. My husband bought me a new bed, I think the old one was infected, he just thinks I'm crazy. The old one was worn out anyway so it can't hurt. I think my sinus were better, so maybe I'm right.

Well I'm off to get in a ride before dark. YeeHaw
