Intensely frustrated newb, please help.

I started Weight Watchers 3 years ago with my mom. It was amazing: I lost 25 pounds, I changed my eating habits and lifestyle, I'm overall happier. But I just can't lose that last 10. I'm really trying to get to my BMI recommended weight for ideal overall health. Anyway, I drink my 8 glasses of water, pretty much cut out all meat, cut out dairy and just have soy milk, try to have fruits or veggies as a snack or with every meal, yogurt for probiotics, exercise, but it doesn't matter. It just won't budge. Last year I'd go to the gym 3-4 times a week with 30-60 minutes of cardio and resistance training, plus walking at least a half hour each day to classes. But I can't..lose it.

This site has so much information that I'm kind of..overwhelmed, so I need your help. Went to the knowledge base but most of it I already knew, and I was hoping for ideas that were less harsh on my body than Liver Flushing and fasting.

I just don't know how to go about this..is my blood Sugar high? Iodine deficient? Metabolic typing? Doshas? ACV weight loss cures..basically, what ended up working for you? I know 'miracle cures' are unlikely, but it would be nice..
