Mirena second time around

Wow, if I could have found this site years ago. I received a Mirena 5 years ago, after begging my Dr to put it in, he had never before (first big mistake LOL). I loved it, or I thought I did. I had all the symptoms every one else does, especially panic attacks and weight gain,about 10 pounds, but I did not know it was from the Mirena, I just thought it was great going 5 years without a period.
2 weeks ago, I had the old Mirena removed and a new one replaced on the same day. It has been downhill ever since. My new symptoms include total exhaustion, sleepless nights, abdominal cramping, decreased appetite,(lost the 10 pounds) and terrible nausea. Luckily I've had no bleeding.
Am I the only nut that is going through this twice? What is going on?! Tweet
