Re: castor oil pack for sluggish gallbladder

Hi, Fernando. Applying castor oil packs to your abdomen can help in sluggish liver and gallbadder problems. However, I must admit that, at least in my personal experience of years of its usage, it may take a while to notice any real noticeable effect. Basically, I use the packs to help with a better flush and not specifically for sluggish gallbladder even though I'm sure it helps. The packs purportedly can help dissolve gravels in the gallbladder according to Edgar Cayce (a psychic who passed away in 1945 and who helped many people with health problems). I usually apply the oil packs for a few days before my Liver Flushes and I have always had excellent results and no discomfort at all. A few days ago, I did my 10th Liver Flush this year and still passed over 400 Gallstones of various sizes. Curezone has a page on instruction in making a castor oil pack. I'll try to type a web-link using the Link URL box below. I'll also try to link a testimonial for your information. Tony
