I would like to find out in which ways you can prevent mold from developing when growing wheatgrass, and/or killing molds on just-harvested grass, prior to juicing... as I've heard nausea, headaches etc. after drinking wheat grass juice are caused by (traces of) molds.
This is what I came up with:
* Watering the wheat grass with chamomile tea
* Watering the wheat grass with water with a few drops of Colloidal Silver
* Washing the just-harvested grass in water with a few drops of Colloidal Silver or grapefruit seed extract
I have no idea if any of these things will work or how (and if) they will affect the growth/properties of the wheat grass (in the case of watering with a solution). These are just ideas. I wonder whether anyone has ever tried anything like this, and if it worked.
Does anyone have ideas for the solution of the mold problem (besides not watering too much)??
