Good on you Molly. I love what oil pulling has done for me and I wish more people would do it. I realise I have to guard my fanatacism in this way. I have tried to tell friends and I think the more you say the less people are inclined to do anything. So I just keep my mouth shut and realise that if they see any merit in it then they will give it a try. It is difficult for me to see people suffering with illness and they won't look into it and spend a lot of money seeing specialists or just resigning themselves to their situation with defeat.

When I get colds/flus I take Olive Extract. I have to be able to take adequate care of myself when this occurs but I have found it to be a highly powerful natural Antibiotic which will rid me of symptoms after a day or so.
