I have pulled with wheatgerm quite a few times and never made butter!! I wonder what it means?? Maybe you are dumping a massive load of toxins??
I usually put a few drops of oregano and orange oil in it when I do it, I don't know if this makes a difference, thickness wise.
I love the taste of wheatgerm, but it definitely requires a bit more muscle to get pull!!
When I spit it out, it is bright yellow, not white, but I assume this is just because it's such an orange oil to begin with.
