I had some food allergies , mostly pollen, all grass pollen, most tree pollens. I didn't feel any difference after the liver flushes. I may try again if I feel the need to experiment a little further. But I'm kind of looking forward to see more benefits from oilpulling. Some are very suttle, but after time passes you notice, wow! I don't have this problem or that problem anymore.
