So the things this forum is doing wrong:

Not brushing teeth before.

Using other oils besides sunflower or sesame.

Im not sure on this one, are you people "concentrating" while swishing?



I am sorry but that is not much difference and if people are experiencing good results with other oils that is all that matters.

OK whatever, I guess he feels very secure in that exact one way. But I'm good with what I am doing, and Im not even concentrating at all! LOL
