I have been using organic ACV since I first read Humble's book, and it works really well. Since ACV has health properties of its own, I am a lot more comfortable using it than regular vinegar.

You mentioned citric acid though ... I just had my local pharmacy get some in for me and I am going to try it today. According to Humble, it is about 10 times more potent of an activator than the ACV.

But ACV is good.
