Yeah, I'll just add to Angela's post. I have been putting ES in capsules for years, and it gives great results for me, just like when it is drunk. I swallow the capsules with warm water to help them dissolve faster. I will vomit if I take ES the normal way these days. I have tried all the other tricks - straw, juice, on a spoon and in blah blah... all are unbarable except in THE most extreme circumstances!!

Oh yeah, in case you are wondering. I get my vegetable capsules from Wonderlabs.com, they have a pack of 1000 for about $20.
