Ran across several Acne links where Iodine rich foods are said to be a link to the increase in acne. Since I've watched the bromine zits form on my skin at the beginning of dosing with Iodine I wonder if these individuals are not being misled to believe that Iodine is hurting their complexion and not actually helping? Does the teen age years, with all of the hormone shifts, cause bromines to escape at a higher rate?
