I think the "believe" element is what counts most. Again, tahnk you for sharing. As many here agree, having a supportive envirement has a lot to do with success. Is it not nice to have more control over food after a fast? I find it becomes easier to choose "fresh" food and the withrow symptoms are less. Well, I have not experienced any severe symtoms but...also I have to admit, I am taking my meds(only 2) to stay alive. It either that, or I get myself commited somewhere to be pumed up with even more crap:)))
