Hi there!

Dr. CLark recommends doing the co-q-10 on an empty stomach. I normally do them late at night, several hours after I've eaten so I'm on an empty stomach.

WHen I did my coq10 blast I had things moving and biting as they died. I did it until I didn't feel anymore critters around under my skin. hth

When you say one round of Humaworm, is that a full bottle- month? Or just one day's worth?

btw- I'm doing a bundle of egg flushes and getting all kinds of nasty stuff out and its easier on the body than the oo, grapefruit, Epsom Salts .
