I was already sleeping better from following Andreas system, the best sleep is from 10-6. Now when I go to bed later I still get up at 6 and even will set the alarm clock, if I don't I feel sluggish for the day.
My head is so overloaded with different information, that I can't always remember where I got all the information but it is somewhere on CZ.
But I agree I sleep well with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
