Thank you for the comment. I also agree, it's best to listen to what our bodies are telling us. I suppose if I felt like I could go longer after I hit a certain point I would. I just want to know if people think it is unwise to go that long.

I definitely don't plan on breaking my fast with fast food. My family is supportive of me fasting and they are helping me along the way and I will be breaking it with the right foods.
