Hi Ritz

I will definitely look at your blog. I think I might buy cleanse smart too. Do you really recommend it? Maybe we could do the same things and see how we go encourage each other. I ate a snickers today and some pringles. I am not on any diet at the moment but have managed pretty strict diets in the past. Unfortunately they didn't help much so I gave up. All that effort for no tangible results seemed pointless. However if I am doing a liver detox at the same time that might make all the difference.

So tell me all about what you do to detoxify the liver? Any suggestions are helpful. The first time I took chlorella it had a bad effect. So I didn't stay on it for any length of time. Anyway looking forward to getting started on a new diet, think I will do a liver detox one instead of TMAU or candida etc. I have heard of many people getting positive results for TMAU and then negatives afterwards. Really a lot. I feel bad for people who get tested once and stop there and think they have TMAU for the rest of their lives. I think the tests are very subjective. Did you get tested?

Anyway looking forward to chatting on your blog. If you want to chat online sometime that would be great. We seem to have the same ideas. It's so difficult to put down all our experiences in a post, don't you think, and often they get misconstrued. I mean I have seen some people posting to say they have found a product that helps them and then everyone thinks they are trying to sell something. I generally think that most people on these sites are genuine. I for sure won't be here if I didn't have an odor problem. I would be out living a full life, enjoying myself not posting here.

Well good luck with the blog

Onwards and upwards!
