Oh man... haven't been on here in ages. Hey! If anybody remembers me, HELLO!! lol

Okay. I need to do a liver flush. I bought the malic acid tablets, apple juice and also have apple cider vinegar. How long before I do the flush should I be taking these? I forgot! Couple days? A week?

I have all the other stuff for the flush. I even have the veggie caps(great idea from Concerned Aunt) to make the Epsom Salt tablets. The Epsom Salt cocktail makes me yack!!... although I've always gotten better results from it.

HELP!!... and I hope everybody is healthy!
