Thank you for taking the time to respond!

Now I know I don't have to try to just eat the powder by itself, I will at least have a choice. I was dreading another "powder" experience, and in all the e-mails above, no one mentioned how they actually ate it, or that you couldn't mix it with water.

I haven't had heart palpitations, which I was having constantly, since I took a dose as recommended last Monday, March 31st. I wasn't able to follow up on the fifth day as recommended, so decided to ask how others' were eating it. Then take a dose again, and on the fifth day again.
