I just completed my third flush using the Clark protocol. I've been spacing my flushes every other weekend. Some background info about me: 27 years old, eat mainly organic and mostly healthy now, average weight, some allergies, some acne, some hairloss and some bad breath. I don't drink any alcohol at all. However for a few years around 23-26, I partied alot. I also drank a lot of alcohol and didn't eat well. Didn't get enough sleep and still worked and played fulltime. I'm doing Liver Flushes now to try to reverse some of the damage done during that time and to fix the health issues above. Before I started the partying I never had problems with allergies, acne, hairloss, etc.

My first flush, I got around 200 stones. The second maybe 50 at most and the most recent one nothing. What am I doing wrong? I don't fast or anything leading up to it. I just don't eat 4 hours before my first ES dose. I don't drink Apple juice to prepare for it as well. Should I be trying a different protocol or just stick with the Clark? I'm sure my body still has plenty of stones...just not sure why I'm not getting any. I've done a Colon Cleanse recently so that shouldn't be an issue.
