Do a simple test then.... I do them all the time. Get yourself a ph meter or ph drop tester. I just did it right now and its not 7. I used a ph dropper and electronic tester, both below came out acidic. And whats more important than that is the structure of the water like I said in my previous post. Do some research on water structure.
