Thanks. Who is Camille, if I may ask? I did a user search and 10 or so names popped up.

I ordered a small size of Megaflora to see how well it works. I'm pretty certain that the ones I'm on now (Pharmax HLC) are making things worse. I quit taking them for a few weeks and started up again and I can tell the difference :(

Maybe probiotics aren't for me.
