Tried the following :

Custom Probiotics 1 (didnt work)

All BioCare Probiotics (UK brand) 1 (didnt work)

Culturelle 2 (helped whilst taking them - symptoms returned when I stopped)


I know of one person who used to post on the forum who recovered her health eating sauerkraut (as part of her treatment approach).
