Kanwal, where are you getting your information regarding Iodine worsening acne? Avoiding Iodine completely can cause serious health problems (our salt is iodized to combat the rampant Iodine deficiency in our country, although I don't recommend getting your iodine from iodized salt).

Personally, I take very large doses of iodine, as recommended in the iodine supplementation forum and it definitely has not made my Acne worse, in fact my Acne is almost gone (although I'm not attributing this to iodine supplementation specifically). I have found iodine supplementation to be quite safe and beneficial.
