Sorry to hear that. truly stinks the things that can happen with this bugger.
I just wanted to reccomend that you ask the dr. to check your blood for any levonorgestrel JUST to make certain it did not migrate somewhere that they havent seen. Even though the hormone levels are low, I would THINK (this is a guess) they should be detectible if it is still in there "somewhere". I have read posts about the mirena migrating to very strange places several times, and not being found until much later down the line....
