The odds are greater that you squeezed your liver and gall bladder as you bent over and caused a nerve pinch on a meridian affecting the lower back.
This is more common than most might realize.
If you read Telman's account on the Liver Flush board, you'll find out his "posture" was an attempt by the body to "protect" the liver and gall bladder area, they were so impacted.
It corrected itself with Liver Flushing.
Just this year I had a co-worker start LF'ing.
He was stunned that a "frozen" lower back that he had for years "un-froze" for an hour after the 1st flush.
The second flush, 3 hours.
The third flush, 3 days.
I haven't spoken to him lately to see how that's progressed, as he's had far more pressing concerns.
You most likely have parasites blocking the stones or what I call buried stones.
These are stones that, for whatever reason, aren't easy to get out.
Usually they will be a dark green or even black.
I suggest rebounding or/and liver massage to force the issue.
