Ok, I don't have and don't usually buy bark.

I do have loose leaf par d'arco and the other teas are in bags.

Do I still need to boil them for 20 minutes to get the full benefit?

Or can I just 'brew' them and let them steep while they cool off if I want to drink them cold?
