Ah yes, I read this article when he put in his newsletter, was gonna post it here but I've not had my CZ password for a while (and too lazy to reset it)

I see a fair few comments from readers about the Lugols thing though. If Lugols was so bad then i guess Iodoral would equally be as bad.

But of course SSKI may indeed be better according to the reports from Trapper and others here. Not had the chance to try that yet though, still got tons of Lugol's to get through :)

Dr Mercola: Because Iodine from natural sources like seaweed is far superior and there a major difference between Iodide and iodine. Katharine Tamaro, of Vitamin K2 Protocol, who I know through autism summits I attend has studied this extensively and has thousands on this protocol and am convinced she is correct.. Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT, use iodine. as in Lugols and Ioderal, if you choose to use Iodide from non natural sources like seaweed use potassium Iodide like SSKI . The primary reason is that the Iodine in Lugol's and Iodoeral will actually make your hypothyroidism worse.
