Hi, did a flush 2 nights ago, and though my gallbladder feels fine I think I might have a big stone moving through my large intestine. Pretty backed up. Any thoughts about what might help? Looked in FAQ & didn't see this.

I'm drinking a lot of water, eating salads & ground flaxseed fiber, taking cod liver oil. Suppose I could take Epsom Salts again, not sure if that would be a good idea or not.
