hi jim,

as far as I understand, it is the Epsom Salts that have us running to to throne....not the oil. I started my flush on a friday night, completed it by noon on saturday, and then on SUNDAY I had my thousands of stones. It was sunday morning that I got just a slight amount of loose stool. I think the oil is what helps with the stones coming out of the liver, but it is the Epsom Salts that help to flush them out of our system, as well as opening the ducts for release.

but all day saturday, yes, i was in the potty quite often. i keep forgetting to buy the moist towelettes to use instead of t.p....

hope i was any help at all!

christi

PS I do flushes every weekend. I feel that I need to do it this way right now. By the end of the week my body is begging for another flush. Until I feel it is no longer necessary to do every weekend, then I will space them out more. But right now, every weekend is my key to better health. This may or may not work for you...most people say not to do them every week, but every other week at the most. Just listen to your body and it will tell you if it too much to handle...we all have more amounts and different types of toxins that are being released. Good luck! _Original_Message_ﰩ
