You did this overnight instead of sleeping? - Yes, what I've read before and been told that parasites "wake up and eat our nutrition food" in our bodies from 2:00am-4am. They have "feast" during this time of the day or night:) So, we tried to fool them. However, in my opinion it doesn't matter what time a day Liver-Flush can be done. Just remember that the Epson Salt (to flush stones and parasites down) needed to be taken 2 hours after the pumpkin oil (2 hours is enough to make parasites weak and to move stones) and in 1 hour after Epson Salt enema needed to be done (to avoid an absorption of toxins back in our body).
At 4 A.M. you did regular amount of what? Epson Salt (7 tsp in ˝ cup water)
Do you have any food sensitivities ? For instance the pumpkin oil, garlic, cranberry etc doesn't bother you? Yes, I do. I closed my nose when I drank all of it; and after all, I got some rush on my face and neck, but it wasn't severe, very mild one.
Where did you discover this flush? Do you have any more information about it? Well, this is my father-in-law "recipe", he sent me this one from Europe. My grandma (she 76 years old),also, remembers this recipe from her childhood years (the pumpkin oil part). Her parents made her and her brother to take it when they were small. Actually, her father died in the age of 99, with an excellent memory (better than mine!!!) and in very good health condition. Until the last day, he was able to do gardening, cooking, shopping and taking care of himself and his wife, who was 12 years younger than he. He kept very simple diet, ate lots of sunflower seeds, and drunk lots of herb teas with honey. He died very peacefully with no pain or struggle in his sleep.
My grandma is half way doing Liver-Flush today, feeling OK, just tired, taking a nap. She has 4 more enemas to do...So far, she is happy with what she gets. She calls that "zoo" :)
