Hello, I have been looking to buy Bitters but am unable to source any. Going through my cupboards at 4am this morning ( my guts have started playing up again at night) I found a bottle of Angostura bitters, must of belonged to my husbands father who collected booze from around the world.

Would these Angostura bitters be ok to use? as bitters? The label says made from Genetian, but it is something like 79% alcohol. However, thats not a problem as heating it would remove the alcohol...depends on how much to take? A few drops? I don't know.

Any ideas, advice/suggestions welcomed as it seems to of appeared out of thin air, just when I am re-assessing my diet and supplements..due to worseneing of symptoms.
