i think tongue and mouth sores might indicate more an allergic reaction instead of a detox reaction. those products are fine but not strong enough to produce a reaction off the scales like that. this is allergic rx. also, Bentonite will interfere with anything you take. it draws and pulls, so i would take it alone.
