Good for you Jo, and thanks for the update. You sound fantastic.

I went off birth control pills per my psychiatrist's recommendation many years ago because he said birth controll pills can aggravate depression and I was being treated for panic disorder and depression at the time.

Messing with the female hormones is messy business, in my opinion.
