Have considered a paleo diet but I crave fruits like crazy which isn't the best sign. I'm also intolerant to nuts.

Where does one get sufficient carbs? I have hypoglycemia and the root veg will swing sugars, as will the fruit. If I combine the fruit with a meal I can expect some nasty putrification and fermentation.

My options seem fairly limited in the diet department.
