In my last flush I drank the the Epsom Salt like mentioned above, and the usually most disgusting part of the flush was gone. I felt like the queen of flushes, 'cause the salt went down so easy like this ;-))

I took almond oil, it's nearly tasteless. I will take it again in my next flush.
