Milk Thistle - I do not know. I am not being pre-judgmental about it, but for some reason I do not want to take it, almost instinctively? I have used it before, so I think my body still has a memory of it.

I have read only good things about Milk Thistle and my husband believes it relieves the once-in-a-blue-moon hangover. Maybe I am slightly allergic to it.

And, Wow, great link thank you! Interesting about the alpha-Linolenic acid. I am already using Hemp Seed Oil, so it is good to know more about it.
