Hi,

I'm going to be doing my 3rd flush this weekend and I've been told that taking malic acid for a few days prior can help. What would be an appropriate amount to be taking each day?

I know that apple juice could do the same thing but I'm a little afraid of all the Sugar in apple juice for now.
