Ok

so initially when my girlfriend started taking Iodine her relatively easy menses got easier and she had less breast tenderness, that was after a couple of months on Iodine

now, these past two months, she has physical sensations that she should be bleeding (just before her bleeding starts) but she is not, and her breast are tender again. Last month she only bled for 1 1/2 days. She has always had pretty short cycles, usually about 2 1/2 days, and she doesn't bleed very much.

so Iodine Ladies, or of course knowledgeable men, do you, have you seen this kind of wobble in the detox process???

would love any feedback!!!!
