Careful how you do the push-ups, cause I eventually injured a wrist doing 100+ in a row daily.
Now I alternate between flat-hand, knuckle, finger, and ground-bar device, but I don't do as many push-ups to prevent injury.
Fav's are pull-ups, but it tears the hands up doing them daily. The pull-ups seem to realign many back issues that cause weird sitting spinal misalignment pain from work chairs.
