I don't have my book or else I would look it up and I have lyme so my memory is poor. I hope that doesn't make me unreliable! I think one doesn't need to measure anyway, just take it and keep taking it.
My problem solving brain says when something isn't working then re-evaluate the premise. The premise is that honey causes candida but what if that is only true when it is eaten in small quantities? The perspective could change to raw honey kills when eaten in large quantities?
I once was laying a small landing in a landscaping project I was doing. There was one flagstone that had broken into two pieces and my landscaper and I tried to set them together because that seemed like the obvious thing to do. It never worked, so I decided to separate them and it worked. This showed me how thinking a certain way can impede creative problem solving.
