These are all worthwhile points - agreed.

I'm concerned now that I've undermined any potential relationship I have of working together with them by posting about Dr. Lam's office/staff on this forum, which I suppose is not appropriate (even though others have posted about Dr. Lam's team on here).

I do value the guidance that they could give me in this compromised state, whether it be the supplements or lifestyle/diet choices...

I have been leaving callback messages, so hopefully they'll call me back when available.
