Yes I do, check out my message history.

For me it's the only way to recovery and it works. But not every TCM doctor is the same, i'm lucky that I have a highly skilled one.

He's coming back from Thailand next week, I hadn't treatments for about 4 months.. and I have to work on my vitality so badly. My A.F. is acceptable/stable as long as I do not get physically involved with something. But I push(ed) the limits so my energy stucks at my liver (due to the right kidney).

I can get this straight by myself, but then I have to move to nature or something.. alone, high in the mountains en do (guided) qi-gong every day for a couple of months.. I'm sure that I will be fully healed and have 'heaven like - feeling' energy..

But yes, I have to work.. somebody has to pay all this; so I can't practice or meditate while working, and if I come home my energy is low and meditating will be harder.. because you need substantial energy for this.. same with sleep, you NEED substantial energy TO SLEEP, without it, you can't sleep very well. But then you think.. (i've worked at a very minimum for a long time, now I work a bit more)

I came from the real bad ass heavy brain-fogged delerium state of mind with 1001 symptoms; I've made huge progress, first by myself after that with help from my TCM doctor.

I think I have to work away one huge blockage and then my bodies vitality will slowly return.. if this is gonna happen, I will get that homeostasis.

There a couple of moments in the past months that I felt that 'wonderful' like feeling - although for a short moment .. I didn't felt this for about 13/14 years, these moment are important to JUST GO ON.
