whatever I say is not going to make it easier, I know because this is exactly how I'm feeling that's beyond any transitory Depression and when I wake up to each and every morning, this wretched feeling is back again, only in my dreams am I totally free of this.

getting up to start a new day takes more courage than I possess that I would take on any other disease in lieu of this one.
