Once the 'continuous brew' batch is no longer sweet, I pour it into plastic soda bottles, add fresh or dried fruit and tightly cap it.

It is usually ready to consume in a week or so or whenever I get to it! I keep the second brew bottles in a cabinet out of the light. Same with my kombucha!
