I wanted to contact you about the 2 products you used for die off. Ive heard of candidate before- is it anything more than 3 extracts in water? Pau d'arco and lemongrass, I would imagine' would "attack" candida- thus make me more tired or crave way more.

Molybdenum from which company, if u dont mind me asking. I should add this again.

So, you've ultimately had success with fermented foods and kefir, by repopulating and raising the PH (more acidic?)
