I know this is the Liver Flush Forum , but to help with your detox you might want to check out the Oxygen Forum and the Colloidal Silver forum. You can bathe in Hydrogen Peroxide (Oxygen) and Colloidal Silver , and between those two ingredients, a lot of surface toxins will just disappear.

I'm not suggesting this to replace your internal cleaning, as I do both myself. Might as well battle it from both sides, on both fronts!!
