there are several things magnesium does and i think it will greatly help you. try magnesium malate and space out the doses about 5 times a day...that will not cause loose bowels. take 100 mgs at a time. also b6 is vital for raising testosterone and progesterone and lowing estrogen which will very much help the copper toxicity. try this for two weeks with a low histamine low copper diet and 2000mgs of pure ascorbic acid taken 500 mgs at a time over the day and i bet you will notice a drastic difference...
