For me: 200mg-300mg of pregnenolone (might be able to lower dose with sublingual) and bio-identical estriol and progesteron from gentle pharmacy have helped alot. http://gentlepharmacy.com/
Thanks to hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue when I hit menopause I was extremely low in both estrogen and progesterone.
